Ingredients:
- 2 Cucumbers (sliced)
- 1 Lime (juiced)
- Hot Sauce ~3Tbs (Daily Driver or Ghost)
- Salt and Tajin to taste
Steps: (with bonus tips)
Peel and slice the cucumbers. You don't have to peel them, I prefer peeled. Save peels and extra slices in water to make cucumber water afterwards.
Spread the slices evenly over the plate. It's ok to have some on top of each other
Sprinkle salt all over the cucumbers. I like to do this first to draw out the moisture.
Next sprinkle the Tajin to your liking. I do a generous amount to cover the cucumber.
Now for the lime juice, try and squeeze it all over the cucumber slices
Finally, drizzle either a nice medium Daily Driver or a hot Ghost sauce all over the plated cucumber slices. I do quite a bit here as you can tell. You can also do a half hot and half medium if you want to split it up. Just remember which side!
I like to do a little extra sprinkle of Tajin on top of the hot sauce again and then you are good to go! If you don't finish it all you can put the rest in a container with the juices on the plate. Eat it later after it soaks up all that yummy spicy flavor.
